丢人

刚才在家庭法的辅导课出了丑。。。

题目是这样的：

Tan Siew Lan aged 16 years,cames from a very conservative family,living in Pontian,Johore.Her parents insist that she should marry according to Chinese customs and not at the Marriage Registry.They told her that Lim Keok Cheng,the man they have in mind for her,is already 30 years old and advised her to get married straightaway.

Siew Lan is unhappy because her future husband is "so old".Besides,she was told by a friend"under the new law;everybody must marry at the Marriage Registry".

Is her friend correct?Advise Siew Lan accordingly.

我的答案：There are 4 types of solemnization according to section.....

辅导老师打断我的答案，说道：“O U(老师不会念我的名字，所以习惯叫我O U),advise Siew Lan!"

於是我换了另一种方式：“Siew Lan,there are 4 types of solemnization..."

全班哄堂大笑。

还好辅导老师并没有骂我。

她是我们法学院最凶的教授，不信可以问永祥。。。

接着问我16岁结婚的条文。

"10"

"wrong!"

"12!"

"wrong!"

老师抓起桌上的一把锁匙作状要丢我。。。

"21(2)!"

还好我活过来了...

谢天谢地！！！

我真是一个失败的法律系学生啊。。。

学然后知不足。。。
